For those who like to keep busy, there will be lots of options for you to explore. For those who are craving some relaxation, we want to make sure you can kick back and take it easy! There is never any pressure to participate in every single session.

  • Do I need to be a current Whelan Wellness Virtual Bootcamp member to attend a retreat?

    Nope! Anyone is welcome to join us on our retreats, including both members and non-members. We strive to create an inclusive experience, and to ensure all attendees feel welcome.

  • Can I bring family and/or friends?

    Of course! However, they still must purchase a ticket from our website even if they do not currently plan to participate in the retreat. This means that spouses, friends, and family members can join in any activities without having to pay an additional non-participant fee. We believe that this will make the retreat more inclusive and enjoyable for everyone.

  • Does it matter where I'm traveling from?

    You are absolutely welcome regardless of where you're travelling from! Our travel agent can provide additional information once you purchase your retreat ticket if you'd like assistance booking your flight.

  • Will I be able to see the retreat itinerary prior to booking or prior to the retreat?

    We do not typically share our retreat itinerary prior to the event. We will share a recommended packing list with attendees so that they feel prepared, but specific session information will be shared once you arrive at the retreat.
