Pricing Information & Options

Your exact pricing will depend on several factors, including: the number of people that you choose to have in your room (single occupancy available, and shared rooms up to 4 people), where you are traveling from, and the type of room you choose.

Here's how ticket purchasing will work:

  1. First, you will purchase a $500 + tax ticket from us, that will serve as your non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. This deposit will be applied to your total.
  2. Next, we will connect you with our dedicated travel agents that will collect your travel document information and room preferences (including who you plan to share your room with, if applicable). They will then provide you with your exact total. That total will fall within the ranges outlined below.
  3. All payments will be due no later than January 8th, 2023. You can work with our travel agents to determine a payment schedule that works for you.

Diamond Club is a premium level of service and preferred room locations offered by the resort. It includes additional butler services such as: packing and unpacking of luggage, ironing, ice delivery, preparation of Jacuzzi, assistance with restaurant reservations, laundry pick-up, and more.

    We purposefully plan breaks and free time into our retreat itineraries, so you can make your trip as action-packed or relaxing as you desire! For those who like to keep busy, there will be lots of options for you to explore. For those who are craving some relaxation, we want to make sure you can kick back and take it easy! There is never any pressure to participate in every single session.

  • Do I need to be a current Whelan Wellness Virtual Bootcamp member to attend a retreat?

    Nope! Anyone is welcome to join us on our retreats, including both members and non-members. We strive to create an inclusive experience, and to ensure all attendees feel welcome.

  • Can I bring family and/or friends that won't participate in the retreat but would like to go on vacation?

    You do have the option to bring people that are not participating in the retreat, however they will not need to purchase a ticket from us. Once you purchase your ticket, you can work directly with our travel agents to figure out rates for those not attending the retreat. We cannot guarantee that their rate will fall within the ranges above. Note that anyone who does not have a retreat ticket (purchased through us) will not be allowed to join us for any workouts or sessions included in the retreat.

  • Does it matter where I'm traveling from?

    You are absolutely welcome regardless of where you're traveling from! The rates listed above are based on travel from St. John's (NL), Halifax (NS), Toronto (ON), and Edmonton (AB). If you are traveling from a location other than those 4, your rate might differ slightly but our travel agents will be able to provide this information once you purchase your retreat ticket.

  • Will I be able to see the itinerary prior to booking or prior to the retreat?

    We do not typically share our itinerary prior to the event. We will share a recommended packing list with attendees so that they feel prepared, but specific session information will be shared once you arrive at the retreat.
