By creating an account for whelanwellness.ca and/or registering for any program offered by Whelan Wellness Inc., the member fully and forever releases and discharges Whelan Wellness Inc., its insurers, employees, officers, directors, and associates, from any and all claims, demands, damages, injuries, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated, or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out the use of our programs.
