What is Whelan Wellness Virtual Bootcamp?

Whelan Wellness Virtual Bootcamp is an online wellness-focused program that you can do anywhere, at any time. Our Virtual Bootcamp is so much more than just fitness classes. It is a comprehensive 360-degree approach to wellness, based on Gill Whelan's unique 4-Pillar system for success.

What's included in my membership?

All of the classes and sessions are offered live and on-demand. Plus, members get access to our library of past classes and sessions - all included in your membership!

  • 3 livestream fitness classes per week: 2 being strength-focused and 1 HIIT class

  • Recommended movement for non-class days

  • Live mindset coaching session every week

  • Interactive technical exercise demo classes (as needed)

Meet Gill Whelan

CEO & Founder of Whelan Wellness

As the creator of the Whelan Wellness Virtual Bootcamp program, Gill is on a mission to shift the way we look at wellness, in order to rebuild relationships with food and fitness and help us learn to love our present selves - inside and out. Based on her journey to overcoming her own experiences with restrictive dieting and body image issues, she developed a 4-pillar system that is helping thousands of others globally accomplish the same. Gill has studied under experts in fitness, health, nutrition, mindset, and overall wellness all over the world. Based on this knowledge, she has spent over 11 years as a coach in the fitness industry and 25 years gaining more general coaching experience.
