Meet Gill Whelan
Founder & CEO | Strength Coach
Gill is the founder of Whelan Wellness and creator of the Whelan Wellness Virtual Bootcamp, a holistic, whole-person approach to wellness.
She works with clients globally to help them build sustainable habits around fitness, nutrition, mindset, and self-trust; so they can feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their lives.
Guided by her own journey of redefining wellness, Gill developed her signature 4-pillar system, now supporting thousands in moving away from restriction and toward balance and lasting transformation. With over 25 years in the fitness industry and decades of coaching experience, she is a respected voice in modern wellness and leadership.
