Here's how ticket purchasing will work:

  1. Make your first non refundable $500/person deposit on Whelan Wellness Merch where you will also fill out your official form.
  2. Our lovely travel agents will process your form and a second non-refundable deposit of $265/person.
  3. Stateroom rooms can only be assigned once both deposits are paid

Note that all prices below are per person, based on double-occupancy, and are tax inclusive. This is the remaining fee after paying both deposits outlined above.

  • Do I need to be a current Whelan Wellness Virtual Bootcamp member to attend a retreat?

    Nope! Anyone is welcome to join us on our retreats, including both members and non-members. We strive to create an inclusive experience, and to ensure all attendees feel welcome.

  • Can I bring family and/or friends?

    Of course! However, they still must purchase a ticket from our website even if they do not currently plan to participate in the retreat. This means that spouses, friends, and family members can join in any activities without having to pay an additional non-participant fee. We believe that this will make the retreat more inclusive and enjoyable for everyone.

  • Does it matter where I'm traveling from?

    You are absolutely welcome regardless of where you're traveling from! Our travel agents will be able to provide additional information once you purchase your retreat ticket if you'd like assistance booking your flight.

  • Will I be able to see the retreat itinerary prior to booking or prior to the retreat?

    We do not typically share our retreat itinerary prior to the event. We will share a recommended packing list with attendees so that they feel prepared, but specific session information will be shared once you arrive at the retreat.
